New Patient Special (no insurance): $159.00 for adults and $129.00 for children under 18. Adult Includes a Comprehensive Exam (ADA 1110, 0150, 0210). Children include a Comprehensive Exam, Child Cleaning, X-rays (ADA 0150, 0330, 1120) (between ages 3-12) **Fluoride not included. All new patients must be over 18 or accompanied by a parent/guardian. Patients with gum disease may not qualify for this special.
